Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Description: An integrative BIM project that included modeling, coordination, design, and documentation for three housing prototypes, achieving a Level of Development (LOD) of 400. Today we present the Etna home, for which the structural design, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and gas installations were developed. To achieve this, design standards and criteria that provide safety and quality were considered, while also seeking to optimize resources for the client's benefit. Likewise, issues between the different disciplines were identified, ranging from geometric interferences to constructability issues, with the goal of delivering a constructable executive project that also saved time and resources during the construction phase.
